Terms of Service

📌 General
- Commission arts include Commercial Use
- I usually work on commissions during weekends
- Do not send any NSFW/seductive/lewd reference
- Do not resell my artworks without permission
- Re-upload, use, or edit my art is okay if you add proper credits📌 Commercial Things
- If my arts are used as YouTube membership emotes and badges, please include my twitter link in the description of the live stream video. (https://x.com/kazu_rozen)
- If my arts are used as merchandise, please include ＠kazu_rozen in the product catalog.
- If my arts are used in thumbnails, please include ＠kazu_rozendirectly on the thumbnail.📌 References
- Send references via Google Drive link (preferred HD colored pictures)
- Provide specific references: character design, pose, expressions, outfit
- If you change/add references during the process extra charge (need redraw)
- If I have to design a character from zero, additional fee applies📌Payment
- Commission starts after upfront payment
- No payment is required for the waitlist. You can cancel your commission while on the waitlist, but please let me know first.
- I use PayPal or Wise for overseas payment and JAGO, Gopay, or Shopeepay for local
- I also accept payments via Yucho Bank and 77 Bank for clients based in Japan. (日本在住のお客様向けに、ゆうちょ銀行と七十七銀行での対応も可能です。)
- First paid commission is my priority. If there is a waiting list, I'll let you know when you have to send the payment📌 Revisions and Charges
- Minor revision (adjustments) → Free
- Major revision (clothes, pose, expression overall) → Extra charge
- Any changes not in given reference/info → Extra charge
- revision after client confirm the progress → Extra charge
- NDA (private commission)→ Extra charge📌Agreement
- Paying my commission means you AGREED with my Terms of Service
- I CAN DECLINE if I feel I couldn’t draw your character
- If you violate these Terms of Service, you will receive a private warning. Continued violations may result in blacklisting and other social sanctions.
